Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals and containers are secure to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
